YOUTH FITNESS PROJECT

Empowering Corby’s Youth Through Fitness


From 1st April 2025, We are launching the Youth Fitness Project, a free fitness program designed to support young people aged 13-15 in building strength, improving fitness, and developing self-discipline in a positive, structured environment. 


What We Offer  


  • Supervised gym sessions twice a week with trained gym instructors  
  • A free Chapel Gym membership for the duration of the program
  • A supportive, encouraging space to build confidence and resilience  


Session Times 


  • Tuesdays & Thursdays – 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM  
  • Occasional Sundays – 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM 


How It Works  


  • We have 8 spaces available for young people committed to attending every session.
  • While all applications are welcome, priority will be given to young people from Corby.
